Partnerships for Prepared Reforms

Help fund the people and reform outputs Slovakia needs, so the country does not start from zero when the next reform opportunity arrives.

Healthy Future of Slovakia is the flagship initiative of Future Slovakia Forum. For us, health is not only clinical medicine. It is also transparent governance, sustainable public finance, digitalisation and the capacity of the state to manage complex systems well.

* This is not a membership or an automated donation. It's a partnership supporting specific analytical capacity. After filling out the form, we will contact you personally.

Why Now

Opportunities to push reforms come unexpectedly. When they open, the country cannot afford to start from scratch. It needs prepared reform proposals, verified data, budget frameworks, implementation steps, and people who can carry them into practice.

A reform opportunity can open quickly.

Analytical capacity cannot be built overnight.

What your partnership funds

You fund concrete readiness, not abstract operations.

Support for FSF means funding people, time, data, mentoring, quality assurance, and public explanation. In other words: the capacity without which reforms remain only ideas.

Partner of Analytical Talent — a month of work in a research team

€600 / month

Funds one monthly analytical slot for a student in an FSF research team. The output is a literature review, data background note, analytical memo, or a section of a policy brief under expert mentorship. The sum includes the junior analyst's work, mentorship, QA, and output coordination.

Expert Roundtable or Reform Package

€5,000 – €10,000

Allows for the preparation and organisation of an expert meeting, processing of outputs, publication of recommendations, and communication to both expert and broader audiences.

Junior for Fundraising Intelligence (Back-office layer)

€2,100 / year

Covers one position with a scope of 4 hours per week for 12 months. Task: track grant calls, analyze programme documentation, and prepare decision briefs for FSF leadership (approx. CZK 52,000 in the Czech student environment).

Partner of Expert Output — one high-quality policy brief

€3,500

Covers the full preparation of one high-quality policy brief: research, junior analyst work, senior expert mentoring, editing, fact-checking, visual design, and publication of an output ready for decision-makers.

Strategic Partner of Reform Capacity

€10,000+

A contribution to the bridge fund, which maintains analytical, fundraising, and coordination capacity during periods when large institutional grants are evaluated and contracted. Current bridge fund goal for 2026: €20,000.

Social Media Junior for Reform Communication

€2,600 / year

Covers one position with a scope of 5 hours per week for 12 months. Task: translate a policy brief, data chart, or expert output into an accessible visual, post, or explainer without distorting the original meaning (approx. CZK 65,000).

A reform emerges at the intersection of three things.

No single part is enough on its own. Systemic problems are not solved by one political decision or one government. They require infrastructure that outlives political cycles.

diagram.png
  1. Problem (Burning platform): A real, measurable, and politically unsustainable problem that can no longer be ignored.

  2. Policy (Expert solution): A proposal grounded in data, good practice, and method — one that withstands both expert scrutiny and implementation challenges.

  3. Institutions (Willingness to take responsibility): Leaders and public institutions willing to bear the cost of change on the basis of verified, hard data.

Reform infrastructure — not a list of events.

No single part is enough on its own. Systemic problems are not solved by one political decision or one government. They require infrastructure that outlives political cycles.

01 Senior expertise

  • We connect experts across healthcare, education, public finance, decentralisation, institutions, and democratic resilience.

03 Reform outputs

  • We produce policy briefs, reform maps, analytical notes, roundtables, and public explanations of reforms.

02 Student policy talent

  • We engage Slovak students — especially in Czechia — in real analytical work under the guidance of mentors and experts.

04 Core capacity

  • Serious reform work needs project management, fundraising, financial planning, QA, reporting, communications, and impact measurement.

Your support builds infrastructure,
not political influence.

Future Slovakia Forum is a non-partisan, independent, evidence-based think tank. In private partnerships, we strictly separate funding for the organisation from influence over content. A donor does not have the right to determine expert conclusions, methodology, or data findings.

Key Principles:

  • No influence: Partnership does not mean influence over expert conclusions or buying content.

  • No favors: Partnership does not mean political favours, endorsements, or hidden agendas.

  • Strict limits: Every partnership goes through a conflict-of-interest screening. To protect our independence, private corporate sponsorship is capped at a maximum of 25% of our total budget.

Help fund the people, data, and reform outputs Slovakia needs.

Do you have the resources, or do you know a partner who wants to invest in the country's institutional readiness? Support FSF so that Slovakia does not start from zero when the next opportunity for change arrives.

”These are not operating costs for the sake of operating. This is the cost of making sure Slovakia does not start from zero at the next opportunity.”
