Vice-Rector of the Slovak Medical University, health economist, and former State Secretary at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Author of over 180 publications and an expert in health technology assessment (HTA) and pharmaceutical policy reform.

With experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and the Slovak Ministry of Health, where he led the drug policy department, he helps policymakers and industry apply evidence-based solutions that connect data, regulation, and sustainable access to innovative therapies.
